Accessories & Spare Parts Return /Exchange/Warranty Policy:

Change of mind return is not applicable. If the item is found scratch, damaged, distorted and equivalent, the item is exchangeable and provide the proof of photos.
Purchaser to notify the seller on the defect within a weeks of item receive. And full set item need to be sent to seller.

Requirements for a valid exchange:

  1. Proof of purchase (Proof of Delivery, tax invoice, etc)
  2. Reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met
  3. Photos of defect/video.

  2. Reason for warranty has to valid as per manufacturer’s policy and within the warranty period. Any late warranty claim is not acceptable.(video/photos)
