Motorcycle purchase is non-exchangeable and non-returnable, the motorcycle purchase will be covered by Manufacturer’s warranty period. This is valid as per manufacturer’s warranty policy. Please refers to the Owner’s manual book.

The motorcycle need to be checked upon the delivery. Any argument on the visual defects or physical defects after delivery will not be accepted and claimed. Once check, owner to sign the Deliver Order/Invoice. Any warranty claim transport cost will be bear by the purchaser.

 

Requirements for a valid warranty claim:

  1. Proof of purchase (Proof of Delivery, tax invoice, etc)
  2. Reason for defect has to be valid and warranty acceptance conditions met and within the warranty period. Any late warranty claim is not acceptable.(video/photos) 
  3. Records of maintenance service in valid service centre with stamp chop as per manufacturer’s requirement
  4. Photos of motorcycle (left & Right side view, front & back view, mileage meter)
  5. Within the warranty period. Any late warranty claim is not acceptable.(video/photos)
